How Manor handles website enquiry information.

This page explains how Manor IT (UK) Limited handles personal information submitted through the Manor Telecom website, including contact enquiries, anti-spam protection, translation choices and business communication handling.

Last updated: 5 July 2026Website enquiries only
01

Who we are

Manor Telecom is the public communications website of Manor IT (UK) Limited.

For website enquiries, Manor IT (UK) Limited is responsible for deciding how enquiry information is handled.

02

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we may collect your name, email address, company name, country, phone number, service interest, message content, consent confirmation, IP address, browser information, timestamp and basic technical security information related to the submission.

We do not ask for passwords, API keys, financial account details, special-category personal information or other sensitive information through the public website contact form.

03

How we use enquiry information

We use enquiry information to respond to your message, understand your service requirement, route the enquiry to the appropriate Manor team, manage related business communication and protect the website from spam, automated abuse or attempted injection.

If your enquiry becomes a commercial discussion, customer relationship, supplier relationship or service agreement, further information may be handled under separate business terms, onboarding documents or agreements.

04

Lawful basis

We process website enquiry information on the basis of legitimate business interests, including responding to business enquiries, managing business relationships and protecting the website from misuse.

Where your enquiry relates to a possible contract, service order, commercial discussion or partnership arrangement, processing may also be necessary to take steps before entering into a contract.

Where we ask you to tick a Privacy Policy and Terms acknowledgement before submitting the form, this confirms that you understand how your enquiry information will be used to respond to your request.

05

Contact form security

The contact form includes anti-spam and abuse-prevention measures such as required fields, a hidden honeypot field, timing checks, rate limiting, origin checks, server-side validation and Cloudflare Turnstile.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated or abusive submissions. The security token is checked by Manor’s backend before an enquiry is accepted.

Security records used for rate limiting and abuse prevention are short-lived and are not used for marketing.

06

Who we may share information with

Website enquiry information may be handled by internal Manor staff and selected service providers used to operate the website, protect the contact form, receive internal notifications, log enquiries or host business systems.

These may include website hosting providers, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, Slack for internal enquiry notifications and Google Apps Script or Google Sheets if enquiry logging is enabled.

We do not sell website enquiry information.

07

International visitors and local rights

Manor operates in international telecom markets and the website may be accessed by visitors from different countries. If you are located outside the United Kingdom, local privacy laws may give you additional rights.

These rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent where applicable, complaint to a local regulator, or additional information about international transfers.

Manor will respond to valid privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.

08

International processing

Your information may be processed in the United Kingdom and, where necessary, other countries where Manor, its service providers or relevant business systems operate.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we aim to use appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection laws.

09

Telecom service data

This Privacy Policy covers the public Manor Telecom website and website enquiries.

It is not a full customer telecom traffic-data, billing, API-platform, CPaaS-user or service-record privacy notice. If Manor launches customer accounts, APIs, billing portals or live communication services through this website, additional service-specific privacy terms may apply.

10

Cookies, local storage and similar technologies

The website may use local storage when a visitor manually chooses a Dark or Light theme preference. If the visitor keeps the theme set to System, no manual theme preference needs to be stored.

Cloudflare Turnstile may use security technologies needed to provide bot-protection and challenge validation.

Non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking scripts should not run automatically unless a suitable consent or privacy-first approach is implemented.

11

Translation

The website may provide Google Translate as an optional visitor convenience feature.

Google Translate is loaded only when the visitor chooses to use the Translate feature. It is not the SEO source of truth and does not create official translated Manor content.

If you use the Translate feature, Google may process information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

12

Marketing communication

Submitting the contact form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

If Manor introduces newsletters, remarketing or marketing automation later, the website should provide appropriate notice and consent options before using enquiry information for direct marketing beyond the original enquiry context.

13

Retention

Website enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry, manage related business records, maintain relationship history, protect against misuse, resolve disputes or meet legal and operational requirements.

If an enquiry becomes an active customer, supplier, carrier, partner or commercial relationship, records may be retained for longer under business, accounting, contractual, regulatory or legal requirements.

14

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a request, contact Manor IT (UK) Limited through the website contact page. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

15

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect website enquiries and reduce misuse, including secure transport, form validation, rate limiting, anti-spam checks and restricted handling of operational credentials.

No website or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You should not submit passwords, API secrets, payment details or highly sensitive information through the public contact form.

16

Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website, services, contact form, security tools, analytics, translation options, processors or legal requirements change.

17
